Couldn’t replace it with a different size

The size I bought turned out to be big, tried to replace it but apparently no branch in egypt has a size 44 of it, and was told to return it, although the website has the size I was asking for.
trying to return it, the courier showed up but refused to give me a receipt of receiving it and I would have no proof of handing it over if the shipping company lost it in the way
