Conditions for Returns

• Items must be in their original, unused condition to be accepted for return.
• Products must be returned in their original box with all attachments.

Return Period

• Full-Price Merchandise:
• Full Refund: The full amount will be credited to the original payment method (credit card or Visa card) if returned within 14 days of the shipping date on your invoice.
• After 14 Days: Items returned after 14 days will not be eligible for return or refund.
• Sale-Price Merchandise:
• Full Refund: The full amount will be credited to the original payment method if returned within 14 days of the shipping date on your invoice.
• After 14 Days: Sale-priced products are not eligible for return or credit.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued via bank transfer only.
• Please allow 14 business days for the return to be processed and the refund issued.
• You will receive email notifications during the entire process, including confirmation once the refund is completed.

• Return the product in its original box with all attachments.

Refund for Card Payments

• If you paid by credit card or Visa, we will credit the amount to your original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.

Refund for Cash on Delivery

• If you paid via cash on delivery, you will receive an email to confirm the return and the preferred method for refunding the amount.
